The Trust Fund for Victims (TFV) at the International Criminal Court (ICC) hereby presents its Strategic Plan 2023 – 2025, which will guide the prioritization of activities to be undertaken by the Board of Directors and the TFV Secretariat until 31 December 2025.

The TFV Strategic Plan is informed by discussions held with the ICC including with the Office of the Prosecutor, and the Registry, States Parties as well as with civil society.
